A Word from the Director:
Being at the helm of my debut B+B project was nothing short of a blessing. The feeling onset was that of a dream-team. As a creative, there is nothing more reassuring than being able to trust the people you are working with. Not only was I able to delegate ideas and tasks, but my expectations were exceeded at every turn. Bringing together bros for Chance The Rapper’s “Roo”, featuring Taylor Bennet, was a no-brainer. From the phenomenal choreography, created by Edson Maldonado and Darien Van Rensalier, to the captivating cinematography by B+B’s very own MJ Abiva, I was able to tag in any of my teammates to get the job done. Our crew member, Vincent Patino, also gets a special shoutout for his assistance onset and with the beautifully dark yet secretive location. I want to once again thank God for allowing me to express my thoughts through homies that I can definitely now call brothers.
